Sonora

Our trip to Sonora was awesome. We spent 5 days at my parents house which is basically an outdoor paradise which Henry loved. Henry has never played more, eaten more ice cream and been dirtier in his whole life! He had lots of fun "helping" Papa and hanging around with Titi. We also got to spend the week with his Auntie Tink and cousin Eva. Henry loved spending time with Eva and gave her tons of kisses. He also wanted all of her toys and pretended to cry just like her.
It was a great trip and we got lots of great pictures!

38 days!

It has been 38 days since I have updated this blog...yikes! It is not that I haven't had things to write about like our fun vacation to Sonora, the San Juan islands, and our many wonderful visitors it is just that well...I am pregnant with baby #2!

The excitement has come paired with morning, or shall we say all day, sickness and a crazy period of being more tired than I ever have been...yes very dramatic! I have also been distracted with our jam packed schedule and chasing around the wonderful Henry! He is officially 2 and just wonderful. His new catchphrase is "Mommy I did it" which always puts a huge smile on my face. His vocabulary is growing so quickly and his personality just gets funnier and sweeter everyday. Of course we have the lovely "I am two and I rule the roost" battles but so far so good. I thought I would spend the next week doing a little catch up and sharing some pictures and stories from our trips and many visitors.

Below is a picture and a video of Henry's birthday. We didn't have a party this year and instead did a family dinner and cupcake outing. Though we missed the celebration with family and friends it was a nice night for our little family!
